Our Founder (Dr. Robert J Libka)

Our founder, Dr. Robert J Libka began offering Leadership Training as a Cadet 4th class cadet at the US Coast Guard Academy. His academic preparation included a BAEd and MAEd from Concordia University and EdD from Western Illinois University. Certification and other training included Professional Development Seminar at Indiana University College of Business, National Science Foundation at the US Coast Guard Academy and Certification by Personal Dynamics Institute (St Paul, MN)
Professional experience included Triton College, Concordia University Chicago, and Harvard University. Dr. Libka Directed a Smithsonian Institute funded translation of a 1,000 page 13th century manuscript in New Delhi, India. He also published articles in PROGRAMMING MAGAZINE on Conquering Procrastination and Time Management.
Prior clients and association audiences include Cook County Sheriffs Office, Rotary International, All India Oil and Natural Gas Company, DePaul University, Portugal National Association for Administrative Assistants, Association of College Unions-International, National Association for Campus Activities, and others.
Special awards and recognition included The Concordia University Community Award, Who's Who in the World, Robert F Hall Award for Excellence in Dissertation Research.
