The year was 1969. Facilitating a U.S. Coast Guard Academy small group discussion on the topic of leadership; ADI founder, Dr. Robert Libka, did not imagine that he would eventually train executives in far reaching locales like Porto, Portugal; Gurgaon, India, Barcelona, Spain; and Lamki, Nepal. Dr. Libka has presented numerous topics at regional, national and international conferences in the U.S., as well as various school districts and businesses.

His 54,000 LinkedIn discussion group members represent 197 nations and sovereignties.

ADI leadership capitalize on their strengths, while helping leaders in business and education develop custom solutions. ADI's primary services still include training, consulting, international partnerships, and exchange programs.

Following the direction of founder and president, Dr. Robert Libka, we have expanded the number of ADI international partners and size of our research and product development teams. Driven for a Reason

image171

Having served 25 years in Lutheran Schools, Dr. Libka still offers services to Lutheran congregations in all the service areas that follow and others desired. Recognizing his ability and experiences are a blessing from God, and that the Holy Spirit fuels his faith in his Savior; he is driven to ensure operational integrity, high ethical standards, and a focus on meaningful outcomes.

Born into the faith through baptismal waters in 1951, Dr. Libka was later confirmed in the faith in 1964, and called to service in the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod in 1975. Whether serving as a called church worker or involved in other endeavors, he considers his work ministry, both response to his rescue in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and witness through words and actions of a loving Savior.

He attributes whatever "success" he has enjoyed to the many special people who have surrounded him throughout his early years and adulthood. Most of all he is grateful for parents who loved him, introduced him to the church, had high expectations, and supported the pursuit of his dreams.

Home: Pigeon, Michigan

It has been said it takes a village to raise a child. Dr. LIbka is proud to have begun his life in the village of Pigeon, Michigan. Pigeon has been home to many who have lived in sincere faith locally and those who have gone on to achieve great things, literally around the globe. World class musicians, leaders in education, medicine, military, and government, successful businessmen and women, preachers, and university presidents, were born here and will never forget their hometown.

Pigeon has remained strong in many ways due to a confident faith, deep work ethic, innovation, village pride, and the blessings of God. Dr. Libka believes his hometown expected great things from its citizens and followed his personal dreams accordingly.
